I got the paddle last week, I think it showed up on Thursday right before I was heading out to run a couple errands, and so far it feels really nice. I’ve only used it a few times, but the grip feels good and it seems well made. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, which was mildly annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order from them again.

I had a problem with my paddle and reached out for warranty support. I was expecting it to be handled a little faster, so the wait was a bit frustrating. To their credit, they did respond and eventually got everything sorted out, but it took longer than I had hoped.

The weight is actually just right, light, comfy, and easy to wear without feeling bulky.

The control just didn’t feel quite right to me, especially on smaller adjustments. I kept lining up shots that seemed fine, but they’d still miss the mark.

I saw the photos and figured the paddle would be a little darker, so my brain kind of locked onto that. In person, the color is still really close, just a tiny bit lighter than I expected. It still looks nice though, and shipping was totally fine. Taking off one star only because I was expecting a slightly deeper shade

Customizing my paddle was way easier than I expected. They had a ton of options for colors, text, and designs, and the whole setup wasn’t some confusing pain in the ass to figure out. What I made online actually matched what showed up, which is always a nice surprise instead of some janky nonsense. Fun site if you want a paddle that feels more like yours...

I ordered from Neonicpickleball because I didn’t feel like spending a ton on pickleball gear, i’m glad I did. The paddle feels sturdy and way better than I expected for the price, so I guess I’m blaming whoever runs this for making me think I might need a backup one too.

Shipping was normal, everything showed up as expected, and I’ve played with it a handful of times now with no issues. It doesn’t feel cheap at all, and for what I paid, I’m happy with it. Definitely a good value.

So yeah, not a bad experience overall, I just wish the return/exchange process was a little quicker.

They did get back to me in the end, but I had to follow up twice, which was a little confusing?? It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just slower than I expected.

I tried using the site, but the colors were harsh on my eyes and the whole layout felt kind of cheap. It also gave me the impression that the user experience wasn’t really being taken seriously, which made me feel a bit dismissed

I tried ordering from neonicpickleball.com, and the checkout process was kind of annoying. When I got to the payment part, it kept loading slowly, and then I had to re-enter my shipping info once, which was frustrating, you know?
I did manage to get the order placed in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But the whole thing felt a bit clunky, and the totals weren’t really clear to me until the final step. Not the worst experience, but it definitely seems like something they should fix.

I’ve been playing with it for about two months now, and the surface still has a solid amount of grip. The sweet spot has smoothed out a bit, which I was a little disappointed by at first, but it’s not that bad and it still plays well. The spin has held up better than my last paddle, so I’m happy overall. Giving it 4 stars because I did think the roughness would last a little longer.

I was expecting a lot more from this, but it felt weak and kind of dead when I used it. There just wasn’t much power or pop at all. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I ordered a paddle cover and, it arrived right when they said it would. The tracking worked fine the whole way too. The box had a small dent, which I wasn’t thrilled about, but the cover itself was totally fine, so I guess it all worked out.
